WHAT IS THE FILM ABOUT?
2123, Budapest. Or rather, a futuristic version of him that exists under a protective dome. Because of the ecological conditions, life outside this dome is impossible: in arid deserts, all plants and animals have died out, and people live only up to 50 years. After that, they are injected with a special implant that turns the body into a tree. 32-year-old Nora, who recently lost her son, voluntarily accepts such an implant. But her husband, who now risks being completely alone, is ready to break all possible rules to save the life of his beloved one.
WHY IS IT A MUST-SEE?
The philosophical dystopian animated film invites us to reflect on the fate of humanity, which seems irreversibly tragic, and the place of human beings in a new ecosystem where they no longer belong to themselves.
